Our Dial-A-Ride services are available to all residents of Carver and Scott Counties, taking them anywhere in they want to go within the seven-county metro area.

SmartLink Transit operates Monday – Friday from 5:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Reservation Hours
You can call to reserve your seat on a SmartLink Transit bus Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Reservation Telephone Number is 952-496-8341. Please make your reservations 3 to 5 days in advance.

NO SERVICE ON THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAYS:
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving (both Thursday and Friday) and Christmas Day.   Please note - if the holiday falls on a Saturday, we will be closed the Friday before.  If the holiday falls on a Sunday, we will be closed the Monday after.
